The house is one-story with an internal staircase. On the ground floor, we find the entrance area, which continues towards the daily toilet, next to it there is a laundry-heating room, which also has access to the yard. The entire living area continues past the kitchen pantry into the kitchen, dining room and living room. Both the dining room and the living room have a connection to the terrace on the south side of the house via a door or slide door. In the living room you can see an open staircase that leads to the first floor, where we find 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large utility room that can be used as an office, ironing room or dressing room. One bedroom also has an exit to its Loggia.
